The Cloud and Tele2 Sweden Partner to Offer Fast, Easy and Secure Mobile Internet in Scandinavia

The Cloud, Europe’s largest independent provider of mobile WiFi broadband, today announced a partnership with telecommunications company, Tele2 Sweden. The agreement will enable Tele2 Sweden’s customers to access The Cloud’s mobile broadband network across the Scandinavian countries allowing them to enjoy rich online experiences on the move. The service will be launched in June 2009.

The Cloud offers 700 WiFi Scandinavian hotspots, which deliver public mobile Internet services via circa 3,500 access points in retail malls, various retail chains, including McDonalds in Denmark, Finland and Norway, hotels chains including Norlandia, Elite and Winn, the Hemsedal SkiStar resort and a variety of fast growing outdoor city centre WiFi networks being deployed by The Cloud in Sweden and Denmark.
